What You’ll Do The Home Equity Lending Specialist is a subject matter expert in home equity products with strong credit underwriting and analytical skills. This role focuses on evaluating credit files and identifying opportunities to restructure loans for optimal approval.

Specialists support strategic initiatives by making outbound calls to engage customers and drive loan pull-through. Primary focus is on targeted outreach to members identified through data-driven criteria.

Schedule: 1 weekday off, 2 evening shifts (11:00 am-8:00 pm), 2 morning shifts (8:30 am-5:30 pm), and every Saturday (8:30 am-5:30 pm).

Core Contributions

Lead outbound calling initiatives using the Five9 platform to execute strategic member engagement campaigns aligned with business objectives. Campaigns focus on targeted outreach to members identified through data-driven criteria. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions using Salesforce CRM as the system of record.

Perform in-depth consultative assessments to identify and evaluate member needs, delivering tailored solutions aligned with their financial goals. Clearly communicate available programs and processes, setting accurate expectations to ensure a transparent and informed member experience.

Responsible for achieving individual performance objectives and effectively managing the loan pipeline, while closely monitoring loans in process to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience throughout the lending journey.

Accurately complete all required fields within the Loan Operating System in accordance with established departmental Standard Operating Procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Demonstrate advanced credit underwriting expertise and proficiency in analyzing credit reports to facilitate insightful member conversations and strategically restructure loans for optimal outcomes.

Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.

Assets You Will Bring

High School Diploma or GED.

2+ years of lending experience in sales or tele-sales.

Sales experience, team player, strong oral and written communication skills, time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.

Lending Certified.

NMLS License.
