PIP Claims Specialist - Remote

Job Responsibilities
Handle moderately complex Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Pay claims to conclusion
Investigate, evaluate, and settle medical expense and PIP claims
Make coverage determinations and inform customers of appropriate actions
Rule out exposures such as uninsured/underinsured motorists and subrogation
Present coverage issues to the committee as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of claims experience
Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
Ability to obtain and maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
Strong computer navigation skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience handling PIP claims and first-party medical coverage
Knowledge of collision, loss‑of‑use, third‑party property damage, and bodily injury exposures
Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. in your time zone
Bilingual abilities are a plus
