Construction Superintendent
Now Hiring: Experienced Superintendents Commercial & Medical Construction. We are seeking exceptional and experienced Superintendents with a strong background in commercial and/or medical construction. Ideal candidates will have 57 years of experience overseeing ground-up projects and/or tenant improvement (TI) work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong, positive attitude and professional communication skills
Proficient with computers and construction software
Ability to develop and manage CPM schedules
Prepare accurate daily work reports and timecards
Strong written documentation and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license
OSHA 30 certification required
