Key Responsibilities
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM).
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs and grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
Drive the client experience and execute the bank's risk culture while striving for operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and results focus.
Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
Passion for improving clients' financial lives and confidence in identifying appropriate solutions.
Effective communication; comfortable engaging all clients and educating them on self‑service technologies.
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms.
Adherence to processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations; efficient time and capacity management.
Availability to work weekends, extended hours and travel to any financial center within reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in financial services, products and solutions.
Sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
Cash handling experience (minimum six months).
Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree in business, finance or related field.
