Position Details Exchange Assistant
Responsibilities
Review real estate purchase agreements
Open exchanges and create relevant documents
Send out appropriate correspondence and professionally field inquiry calls
Monitor timelines to ensure smooth closings
Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, mailings, etc.
Oversee collection of outstanding documentation for closings
Perform basic accounting duties, including opening/closing savings accounts, collecting proper fees, following up on outstanding checks and invoices
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
Expectations

Take direction and ask for clarity when necessary.
Utilize direct, clear communication with the team and manager.
Have the ability to work overtime as requested and approved by management.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Ability to pass a background check.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel on occasion as needed.
1‑3 years of previous experience in title insurance, lending, or real estate is preferred.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Dependability, strong work ethic and punctuality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
