Join a dynamic, fast paced architectural design team from our location in the West Village. As one of the nation's top 10 homebuilders, K. Hovnanian constructs over 6,000 homes each year. You will be working with our team to prepare architectural design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp from schematic design through design development for markets across the country.
Responsibilities
Prepare architectural design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp from schematic design through design development for markets across the country.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in residential design or an equivalent amount of related education and experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate between $30.05- $34.86 plus bonus potential.
