What you’ll be doing

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define the ideal candidate profile

Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and others — exploring new ways to reach top talent

Track and analyze your sourcing results, experiment with new tools and approaches, and continuously refine your search strategy

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong and relevant talent pipeline for future needs

What we look for in you

2–5 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing in IT, with experience working on both technical and back‑office roles, and genuine interest in sourcing across any area

Proven experience handling challenging searches and developing effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role

Strong analytical skills — track and evaluate sourcing results using data, identify issues in the process, and take action to resolve or elevate them

Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and creative search methods; staying up‑to‑date with new tools, trends, and best practices in sourcing

Excellent time‑management — prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently

Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and personalized outreach messages that effectively connect with candidates

Proficient English skills to communicate effectively with native speakers

Nice‑to‑have

Strong interest in IT, programming, and modern technologies

Background in technical or trading fields would be a plus

Fluent Russian would be a plus
