Consider this Personal Injury Paralegal position supporting a partner and a team of energetic associates at a passionate plaintiffs’ firm committed to providing excellent legal services to their clients. Responsibilities
Support attorneys on the full lifecycle of cases from opening case files through trials and settlements. Compile and review medical records, communicate with clients and insurance adjusters, and assist with investigations and case strategy. Manage deadlines, format and file motions and pleadings, and prepare discovery requests and responses. Qualifications
3+ years personal injury paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiffs’ side Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software Knowledge of Time Matters and WordPerfect preferred High school diploma Benefits
