Compensation of 20.00-27.00/hour
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with internal departments and personnel
Ordering, procurement, stocking and billing of parts
Create and receive parts requisitions/purchase orders
Communicate daily with service writers, shop manager and technicians on parts needs
Warranty and dirty core maintenance
Must be proficient with computers and dealership software including Microsoft Office
Warehousing, shipping & receiving
Maintain clean and organized parts area and warehouse
Maintain adequate supplier and vendor relationsConduct physical inventory counts as needed
Reports directly to the Parts Manager
Ability to safely operate a forklift
3 years' experience in parts/warehousing/inventory control within the automotive/truck parts industry
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions to parts needs for company departments
Ability to achieve and maintain proper parts certifications and training on Thermo King products
Valid driver’s license
