Manage customer issues and concerns with a personalized touch, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively engage with customers.
Coordinate efforts with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building customer rapport.
Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
