About the Role We are seeking a Channel Growth Coordinator to support the execution and day‑to‑day operations of Dozee’s U.S. channel partner program. This role is ideal for a high‑potential professional with experience in healthcare, sales operations, or business coordination who wants exposure to healthcare technology, partnerships, and regulated markets. This is an execution, coordination, and growth role supporting senior leadership as we scale partnerships across healthcare and government markets.

Responsibilities Partner Pipeline & Coordination

Maintain accurate tracking of channel partners across the pipeline (identified, qualified, contracting, onboarding, deployment)

Coordinate partner meetings, demos, and follow‑ups

Prepare weekly pipeline and status reports for leadership

Partner Research & Qualification Support

Research prospective partners (SNF operators, MSOs, platforms, government‑adjacent organizations)

Compile briefing materials and background summaries

Support structured partner qualification processes

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

Coordinate partner onboarding and training logistics

Track training completion and readiness milestones

Distribute sales materials, documentation, and enablement resources

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track key partner metrics such as Time‑to‑first‑meeting

Track key partner metrics such as Time‑to‑first‑deployment

Track key partner metrics such as Devices committed vs. deployed

Assist with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation

Flag risks or delays early to leadership

Cross‑Functional Support

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, operations) to keep partner processes moving

Ensure documentation and onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business development support, partner coordination & healthcare administration or B2B operations

Strong organizational and follow‑through skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards

Professional, partner‑facing demeanor

Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or RPM

Exposure to SNFs, post‑acute care, or government healthcare environments

Experience supporting indirect sales or partner programs

Interest in building a career in partnerships or healthcare growth roles

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Marketing, Communications, or Operations

Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree, particularly for candidates with healthcare operations experience, sales operations or partner coordination backgrounds, or military, government, or VA‑adjacent experience
