Assembly Production Operator
to join its CGC Comics division in
Sarasota, FL . This entry-level position requires no prior production experience and offers an opportunity to begin a career in the collectibles industry.

This range is provided by Certified Collectibles Group (CCG). Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Location and Schedule:
Sarasota, FL, On-site, Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:45pm.
What You Will Do
Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation.
Operate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes.
Follow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Monitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns.
Support additional production tasks as needed based on business demand.
Ideal Candidate
1–2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior production or operations experience not required.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Strong work ethic and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work overtime hours as needed.
