Pay Rate: $65,000.00-$85,000.00

Position Overview We’re looking for a dynamic CI Implementation Partner to champion process excellence and quality initiatives across our operations. This role blends hands‑on training, event coordination, and data‑driven analysis to drive meaningful change. You’ll facilitate Kaizen and 5S events, support Lean practices, and help build a culture of continuous improvement—all while ensuring quality standards are upheld and understood.
Responsibilities
Deliver and reinforce quality training across departments
Track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
Assist with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Plan and facilitate Kaizen, 5S, and Lean events
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements
Document and follow up on CI initiatives and outcomes
Organize training sessions, improvement events, and cross‑functional meetings
Maintain calendars and communication for CI and quality activities
Ensure alignment across shifts and departments
Monitor performance metrics and create visual dashboards
Analyze trends and share actionable insights with leadership
Support ERP and system‑based tracking (e.g., D365)
Qualifications
Experience in quality assurance, Lean, or continuous improvement
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems
Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and Lean methodologies
Detail‑oriented with a collaborative mindset
