As a Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for developing audience strategies, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and strong client outcomes. You will help guide decisions that strengthen performance and support campaign success.
What You'll Do:
Define audience strategy for client campaigns across Fluent’s inventory by leveraging first-party user data and campaign performance insights
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
Allocate client campaign budget effectively across Fluent’s inventory offerings to hit clients’ goals
Enhance and streamline campaign optimization processes to improve efficiency and performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement a comprehensive go-live strategy, aligning targeting, budget, and optimization plans for a successful campaign launch
Conduct quality assurance across all working documents to maintain accuracy and consistency
Qualifications:
Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically to produce meaningful outcomes
Embodies a self-starter attitude
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines, strong able to multi-task
High proficiency in Excel, ability to use functions to analyze complex data sets
Strong understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts and methods
Experience with the performance marketing ecosystem, including familiarity with the mobile-app space is a plus
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, media, or ad tech—preferably with exposure to affiliate, CPA, or mobile app ecosystems

Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 base, + competitive bonus plan. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
