Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

As the Sr PM - B2C Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing Amazon Leo's satellite communication services.

Key Job Responsibilities

Work directly with customers and operational stakeholders to define Amazon Leo service offerings via expertly crafted working‑backwards, business‑requirements documents that can be translated into product and engineering deliverables.

Collaborate in an analytical, fast‑paced environment and interact comfortably with highly technical cross‑functional teams.

Demonstrate strong business judgment, dive deep into data, write clearly, and lead executive‑level reviews.

Analyze and implement subscription lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for different customer segments.

Apply a deep understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunication services.

Bring demonstrated business and operational experience within high‑scale fixed, wireless, and satellite telecommunications services targeting consumer and enterprise verticals, if possible.

Export Control Requirement

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
