We are seeking a data-driven
Business Strategy Analyst
to join our
Verification Services
team at Equifax Workforce Solutions. In this role, you will drive key strategic decisions through in-depth research, financial modeling, and rigorous performance monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans while aligning internal data sets to support corporate development and finance goals. By assessing opportunities and synthesizing complex information from multiple sources, you will provide the insights needed to guide the future growth of our Verification Services.
This is a hybrid position based in the St. Louis area, requiring the candidate to work from our Clayton office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
What you'll do
Gather data and market intelligence insights and develop research reports with key findings, contributing to presentations of research results
Synthesize internal and external data to inform go-to-market approaches and feed strategic and organizational oversight content
Collaborate across COE partners to translate strategies/business requirements into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision
Work across key data stakeholder group to better align internal data sets, extracting and synthesizing from multiple sources
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; alternatively, a minimum of five years of professional experience in a creative capacity at a financial services or data-focused company will be considered
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience
2+ years of experience in transforming raw data sets into compelling and meaningful visual illustrations
What could set you apart
Experience working within the HR Technology, FinTech, Lending, or Verification Services industries
Demonstrated experience with market sizing methodologies, competitive intelligence, and white space analysis
A proven ability to not just report data, but to narrate a compelling business story that influences executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong capability in building complex financial models to project revenue impact and ROI for potential strategic initiatives
