What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead continuous improvement initiatives from identification to implementation, monitoring, and communication of impact
Conduct data analysis and visualization related to customer experience, operational costs, and satisfaction metrics
Identify root causes of changes in customer experience metrics and provide analytical insights for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process automation and improvement initiatives
Develop dashboards and reporting models to provide actionable insights for decision‑making
What is Required (Qualifications)
5 to 7 years in a data analytics role such as analysis, business intelligence, or consulting
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
Understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis using programming languages such as R or Python
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company and in a customer support organization
Familiarity with data modeling, ETL, and data pipeline development
Experience using AI tools to optimize processes and advanced knowledge of statistical methods
Advanced degree in statistics, math, economics, engineering, computer science, or other quantitative fields
