Account Manager - Albuquerque, New Mexico Location: USA

The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the Marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager.

The Central territory is seeking to hire one Account Manager in each of the following locations: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; Albuquerque, New Mexico or El Paso, Texas.

The East Central territory is seeking to hire one Account Manager in each of the following locations: Harrisburg or Allen Town, Pennsylvania.

The Northeast territory is seeking to hire one Account Manager in each of the following locations: New Jersey, Boston area, Washington, D.C., and Richmond, Virginia.

Associate Director of Product Development The Associate Director of Product Development is a critical role in Aerogen Pharma that will be responsible for key aspects of pharmaceutical development of AeroFact (biologic surfactant) or Synthsurf (Synthetic surfactant). The role will focus on phase appropriate product development of surfactant lyophilized formulations, manufacturing process optimization and scale up, and product characterization supporting pre‑clinical and clinical studies.

This position will play a central role in establishing and operating Aerogen Pharma’s in‑house development laboratory. The Associate Director will lead hands‑on formulation and process development of lipid/peptide formulations, including design, execution, and iteration of experiments. The role requires expertise with lipid‑based formulations, lyophilization, protocol development, and cross‑functional experimental execution in collaboration with process engineers, analytical scientists, and lab technicians. Once formulations are developed, the Associate Director will conduct product understanding and characterization studies and lead scale‑up and technology transfer to CDMOs.

Clinical Application Specialist (South India) Department: Commercial‑APAC

Location: India

The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical education and support for Aerogen nebulizer products in hospital accounts within the designated India region. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members, the Commercial Director, and other stakeholders to optimize customer experience, maximize sales, and gain market share.

Clinical Application Specialist (West India) Department: Commercial‑APAC

The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical education and support for Aerogen nebulizer products in hospital accounts within the designated India region. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members, the Commercial Director, and other stakeholders to optimize customer experience, maximize sales, and gain market share.

The person in this role is responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education.

Clinical Educator – Berlin Department: Commercial‑EMEA

Location: Germany

The Clinical Educator – Berlin will be responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by working in partnership with the account manager to deliver high quality education and support to our Aerogen customers – new and existing. This role will help drive volume and revenue in our focused accounts through tailored education which ensures customer compliance and allows for growth and expansion. In addition to flexibility and strategic thinking skills, it is essential to also have the ability to tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination with the overall goal to provide best‑in‑class education programs to support our customer’s needs.

The person in this role is responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. This role will provide superior support to our customers and commercial organization to influence change within accounts. In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills, incumbent must have a “roll‑up your sleeves” attitude to best support customer’s needs.

As a Clinical Educator, you will support and educate customers across the full Aerogen solution and product portfolio. You’ll partner closely with our commercial organisation, working alongside the Account/Territory Manager to influence practice and drive adoption within focus accounts. Flexible and critically minded, you tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination—delivering best‑in‑class education programmes that meet our customers’ needs. This role will support accounts in South UK (London, Oxford and South West).

Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory) Department: QA/RA

Location: Ireland – Galway

The importance of defining and executing an appropriate regulatory strategy cannot be underestimated in terms of its value to the organisation. The Senior RA Specialist II will work as part of Aerogen's Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team and will be involved in establishing and executing regulatory strategies for the organisation.

IT Professional A senior IT professional with 3–5 years of experience managing Microsoft Hyper‑V server environments and a proven track record in designing, installing, and maintaining on‑premise and cloud‑based server infrastructures. This role requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to support the evolving needs of the business.

Supplier Quality Engineer II The Supplier Quality Engineer II works with external suppliers and cross‑functional teams on a daily basis to resolve supplier‑related issues, lead supplier activities within projects, drive continuous improvement while driving key quality metrics across the Supplier Quality Team. Other activities may be assigned as needed.

Sustainability / ESG Role Responsible for developing ESG policy and implementing strategies developed through the ESG Council. The role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with ESG regulations and reporting requirements.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Department: People & Organisational Development

Location: Chicago, USA

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting Aerogen’s growth in the Americas and Aerogen Pharma. Your focus will be on building strong talent pipelines, reducing agency reliance, and driving direct hiring strategies. You’ll work closely with the Global TA Lead, People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to create an exceptional candidate experience while attracting the best talent to Aerogen.

Territory Manager Responsible for enabling the commercial performance of our distribution partners by providing clinical support and training on Aerogen products to the products’ end users. The Territory Manager leverages deep knowledge of Aerogen products, services and processes to nurture relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities. Supports the distributor to deliver the pipeline of sales by communicating the value of Aerogen products to the customers to overcome the clinical and commercial barriers to achieve the changes required of the customer to adopt Aerogen, whilst forging strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams especially Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs.

Commercial and Corporate Training Important for the North American sales and cross‑functional teams.

Country Manager (CM) The CM will lead a field sales and clinical education team to meet revenue targets within the United Kingdom. The CM will lead the hiring, development, and management of the sales and clinical education team to implement growth strategies and initiatives as defined by Commercial leadership and supported by Marketing resources. The CM is also responsible for ensuring consistent profitable sales growth that achieves Aerogen’s plan commitments by not only driving the topline revenue growth, but also by managing expenses and costs within the area of responsibility. The CM is the fundamental link between strategy and execution within Aerogen’s sales team. They demonstrate success by recruiting exceptional talent, coaching, and developing their team to excellence, and driving proven sales processes to profitably expand market share within their assigned area. In addition, the role requires the development of collaborative and results‑oriented relationships with, Aerogen marketing, Medical Scientists, and the broader management team.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing Will lead Aerogen’s efforts to accelerate market performance across existing and emerging segments. Responsible for shaping global market strategy and driving new product launches and integrations. Will build and oversee a new market and business analytics function, focusing on strong product performance, market trends and competitor dynamics. The VP of Sales & Marketing will partner closely with global sales, Medical Affairs, R&D and other functions to maximize Aerogen’s commercial presence, expand into high‑growth care settings, and evaluate new product and business opportunities. Success will be demonstrated through clear, strategic vision and the development of high performing teams. As a key member of Aerogen’s senior leadership, they will play a critical role in strengthening business performance, advancing talent development, and ensuring Aerogen continues to set the standard of care in aerosol drug delivery worldwide.
