️ What You’ll Do As an Auto Parts Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of the build process:
Track and manage parts inventory across
multiple sites
Perform
Incoming Quality Checks (IQC)
following engineering guidelines
Organize inventory and prepare
build kits using detailed BOMs
Proactively identify and elevate
part shortages or build blockers
Ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and build‑ready at all times
Who We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you are:
Highly
organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven
Comfortable working
independently with minimal supervision
A strong communicator who enjoys cross‑functional collaboration
Able to
lift at least 30 lbs
Proficient in
Windows, Mac, or Linux‑based systems
Experienced in parts, inventory, automotive, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
⏰ Schedule & Details
Full‑time
(30+ hours/week)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(OT possible)
On‑site daily
in Sunnyvale, CA
