About Us Initio Capital is building the operating system for modern real estate capital raising.
Our flagship platform, CREo (pronounced “KREE-oh”), is a fundraising co‑pilot and hybrid execution service used by commercial real estate sponsors and general partners raising $1M–$100M. We combine automation, institutional-grade materials, and investor intelligence to help sponsors raise capital more efficiently and more predictably.
We are expanding our sales organization with strong closers who can manage sophisticated conversations with private equity operators, developers, and fund managers.
Compensation Commission Only (performance-driven role)
Expected earning potential: $8K–$25K/month for consistent performers, with growth beyond that based on volume
Top performers may be promoted to leadership roles with overrides
No base salary. This role is designed for closers who want to scale income based on skill and execution.

Done-With-You / Done-For-You capital markets execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record closing high-ticket offers ($10K–$50K+)
Experience selling to executives, operators, founders, or investors
Strong qualification discipline and ability to control the frame
Confident and articulate communicator — not scripted or transactional
Extremely coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance
Comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
Not a fit if:
You require a guaranteed base salary
You are new to sales or uncomfortable with closing
You are not willing to learn commercial real estate capital markets

Responsibilities
Run pre-set sales calls with qualified CRE sponsors and GPs
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-ups
Attend sales coaching and daily pipeline review with leadership
Hit revenue targets through consistent conversion performance
You will report directly to: Head of Sales — CREo:
with training and support from the founding team.
