R-0070710**Job Description Summary**The duties and responsibilities of a Banquet Server are to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.**Job Description*** Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.* Relay food and beverage orders.* Perform pre and post shift side work set-up condiments, etc.* Properly store all reusable goods.* Clear tables after service.
Remove trays of dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to kitchen for cleaning.* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.* Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.* Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.* Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.* Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction; notify supervisor of guest complaints of unusual situations.* Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.* Present in professional appearance and mannerisms* Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting with set-up and break down a function space and plating of meals**Additional Job Information/Anticipated****Pay Range**Pay Range $18.00-$19.50/hr.
