We are seeking an experienced Packaging Line Operator/Technician with strong production and technical skills. In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate and maintain packaging and palletizer equipment to support our manufacturing operations. You will manage daily operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance to meet production targets and uphold quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and maintain packaging and palletizer equipment to ensure efficient production. Monitor plant operations and track controls, gauges, and instruments to maintain efficiency. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability. Document maintenance needs and create work orders in the management system. Manage CMMS, ensuring accurate updates and tracking of work orders. Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs as needed. Verify bag weight and quality, performing hardness and vacuum tests (Durometer). Complete logs and reports for downtime, parts usage, and shifts. Train and mentor new operators, promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Assist in training and mentoring new operators, fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards. Perform additional duties as required. Position Specific Details

Base hourly payrate up to $24.50-$24.75 p/hr, based on experience. Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable. What's in it for you

Hands‑on work willingness and mechanical inclination. Minimum of three or more years manufacturing/process experience. Experience troubleshooting equipment is helpful. High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication skills. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Able to stand for extended periods of time.
