B2B specialist who can identify and solve growth challenges for client accounts.
You have experience leading digital marketing campaigns and solving client growth issues using test-based methods, advanced reporting, and applying these insights at each stage of the buyer's journey.
You are technical, with knowledge in a variety of marketing technologies, especially HubSpot, and can translate marketing goals into complex technical marketing workflows.
You can manage diverse marketing projects, anticipate and prevent challenges, and scale growth for client accounts. You create long-term strategic plans to drive success and ensure client satisfaction through actionable insights, ongoing optimization, and course‑correction when needed.
You bring a value‑added approach to everything you lead, providing meaningful insights, auditing for inefficiencies, and delivering success by aligning strategy with client goals.
Must have 3+ years of experience consulting on B2B marketing accounts and have a solid understanding of all marketing approaches.
Ability to jump into a client account, ask the right questions, and identify areas of growth opportunity.
Success in leading HubSpot implementation projects; working with Developers to execute the work, and communicating progress in a non‑technical way to the clients.
Ability to lead effective presentations and pitches while providing logic and reasoning to clients as well as confidently articulate our solutions and strategic direction.
Skilled in marketing technical projects, research, and leveraging automation tools.
Must be able to work full‑time remotely within the US (excluding California) from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
Create an iterative digital marketing strategy that will deliver month‑over‑month growth and qualified leads within account hours.
Analyze the buyer’s journey and document findings.
Reporting + Insights
Build reports and continue to improve them. Refine and monitor account performance around messaging themes, landing pages (LPs), ad copy, blog posts, and content offers.
Derive insights from data the Digital Marketer (DM) gathers.
KPI Tracking
Monitor performance across channels (particularly low‑performing metrics) and identify what needs to be optimized. Derive insights from campaign data.
Conduct iterative digital marketing efforts that help us better understand the buyer through themes and lead intelligence, contributing to account goals.
Campaign Insights & Communication
Understand the performance of campaigns and digital marketing efforts as a whole. Derive insights and share them with clients. Develop ideas and present them for client buy‑in and education.
Assess the value of marketing campaigns across channels and provide direction for future efforts.
Lead and Train
Help develop training materials for the internal LMS and train key roles.
Internally audit accounts, identify internal gaps and strategize solutions.
Provide feedback to teams to increase the quality of our work.
Experience with leading strategy workshops related to the buyer journey and developing training to mitigate gaps and inefficiencies among teams.
The ability to spot not‑so‑common problems both for your clients and team before they occur and to mitigate those problems successfully.
Strong analytic skills with an ability to derive insights for clients and communicate those insights both verbally and in writing and through presentation decks.
Being able to take complicated, messy situations and then detangle and re‑organize them while they are in process without dismantling the overall outcome of the project.
Passion for continual learning.
Ability to use a MacBook and Google Suite.
