Senior Telecom Specialist
On site position with on‑call and travel requirements.

Responsibilities
Design and implement voice network configurations and infrastructure enhancements.
Perform traffic analysis to determine optimal system configurations.
Lead deployment efforts for intermediate projects, ensuring seamless integration.
Ensure voice network security and compliance with internal and external standards.
Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of voice network hardware and software.
Monitor voice network performance and proactively address issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve voice network problems independently, using standard analytical tools.
Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to address voice networking needs.
Provide advanced customer support and mentor less experienced IT professionals.
Assist project managers in developing work estimates, budgets, and schedules.
Review project deliverables for accuracy and provide guidance to team members.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: • Relevant technical experience in network engineering. • Proficiency in Cisco voice networking technologies, LAN/WAN, wireless, and VoIP.
