About the Opportunity FASHIONPHILE is looking for a Receiving Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Unloading and sorting incoming shipments from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Unpacking products and breaking down boxes
Processing customer and FASHIONPHILE Retail store returns
Generating SKUs and attaching them to checked‑in items
Scanning and moving products from location to location
Other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Prior retail or operational experience handling product
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift/carry up to 75+ lbs
Ability to meet KPI’s and department goals
Proven experience multitasking and being detail oriented/ organized
Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice
Prior experience verifying invoices and shipping list - Preferred
Previous experience using handheld device - Preferred
