This role is highly client-facing and sets the direction for the account team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**Responsibilities:*** ### Lead all aspects of the client’s insurance program cycle, including renewal strategy, coverage placement, and annual stewardship reviews.* ### Develop and deliver underwriting presentations; represent clients in carrier meetings.* ### Provide day-to-day risk management consulting, including claims and risk control coordination.* ### Retain, strengthen, and expand client relationships by understanding client needs and aligning internal resources.* ### Identify additional risk management and financing opportunities through ongoing client and producer engagement.* ### Stay current on market trends and communicate relevant changes to clients.* ### Maintain required state broker licenses and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.* ### May have leadership responsibilities within the team.* ### Travel as required (minimum 40%).* ### Other duties as assigned**Qualifications:*** 5-8 years of relevant insurance experience.* State broker licenses required.* Strong leadership, critical thinking, and client management skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.**Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being**We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:* *Health Benefits*: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance* *Financial Benefits*: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement* *Mental Health & Wellness*: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services* *Beyond Benefits*: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.*Not reflective of all benefits.
