to oversee all aspects of building maintenance and ensure our 80-bed facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. The
Maintenance Director
will play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing high-quality care in a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment. Hudson Springs Nursing and Rehab is a long-term care facility located in Stow, Ohio. The Maintenance Director role is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with an 8:30am to 5:00pm schedule. Direct and manage daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety equipment. Respond promptly to work orders and emergencies to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Collaborate with administration and department heads to plan and prioritize facility improvement projects. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance logs as required by regulatory agencies. Compensation and Schedule

Prior experience as a Maintenance Director or in a leadership role within long-term care, healthcare, or a related setting strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and regulatory compliance. Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate across all departments. Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventative maintenance planning. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus.
