About the Director of Nursing Position
As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire, lead, and manage the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care for our residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other providers to coordinate personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.

Structured six‑week orientation, online resources, local mentors, and ongoing collaborative support.
Tuition reimbursement for skill and leadership development.

Qualifications & Skills
State nursing license (RN, LPN/LVN).
Driver's license.
Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
