The Opportunity – Electrician: Commercial Foreman We are looking for a skilled and dependable
Commercial Electrician WORKING Foreman
to lead our commercial construction team. This role is for someone who thrives in leadership, communicates well, and is committed to delivering excellence on commercial job sites.
Responsibilities
Managing crews, coordinating jobsite activity, and ensuring each project progresses efficiently and safely.
Working closely with Project Managers, Lead Electricians, and office team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism in the field and with clients.
Running jobs up to 1,200 hours.
Planning layouts, scheduling work, and coordinating materials to keep jobs on track.
Communicating clearly and coaching team members effectively.
Tracking job progress and assigning work accordingly.
Using technology to manage time, scheduling, and reporting.
Maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times.
Possessing tools and skills relevant to the commercial trade.
Bringing innovative solutions to keep work moving efficiently.
Showing urgency and taking initiative to follow up and lead well.
Asking great questions and seeking opportunities to grow and mentor others.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the electrical field.
1+ years of leadership experience running crews.
