Dining Services Director Responsibilities
Conduct inventory, purchasing, storing and preparation of food according to the provided menus and regulations.
Establish and maintain procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards.
Provide leadership and supervision of dietary staff employees including hiring, evaluating, and recommending pay raises.
Establish and maintain records/receipts regarding dietary operations. Submit purchase invoices and receipts to appropriate staff for processing, including coding as requested.
Order all supplies and maintain inventory control.
Qualifications
One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.
