Responsibilities
Assist Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion and sales of Stryker products.
Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality and updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs.
After extensive product training, tailor Stryker’s promotional message based on customer knowledge, advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions and distinguish Stryker products from competitors.
Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings.
Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
Keep the regional manager informed of territory progress regularly.
Resolve product problems for customers promptly.
Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
Understand and comply with all operating room and OSHA guidelines when conducting evaluations.
Experience and Qualifications
0-2 years in an outside sales position; medical related experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.

Salary:
$65,000 per year plus bonus eligible and benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
