Overview: Primrose is a leading early education and care provider dedicated to nurturing children and fostering their development in a safe and engaging environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the overall management of our school, ensuring a high standard of care and education for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Support staff development through training and mentorship, promoting a positive work environment.

Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and enhance the school's reputation.

Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support their growth and development.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.

Have schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the school (may need to open or close some days)

Be able to jump into any classroom at any time

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role within an educational setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain stability and consistency in the school environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in early childhood education.

Familiarity with classroom flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
