The Position IRC is looking for a driven and experienced

Superintendent

to lead our field operations team. This leadership role plays a key part in coordinating resources, managing job site activities, and ensuring project success from start to finish. The Superintendent ensures safety protocols, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved. If you’re motivated by mentoring crews, optimizing field performance, and delivering top‑tier results—we want to meet you!

This Teammate Will:

Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors throughout construction

Enforce company policies, safety standards, and compliance with local and federal regulations

Cultivate and reinforce a strong job site safety culture

Work closely with clients, project managers, and team members to meet goals

Provide technical insights and recommend equipment/methods for commercial and metal roofing or siding installations

Participate in pre‑construction planning

Competitive Pay : $90,000-$110,000 | Based on experience and qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience in commercial and/or metal roofing is

required

Proven leadership in construction, especially in commercial roofing or siding

Strong knowledge of jobsite operations

Hands‑on understanding of OSHA standards and job site safety practices

Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Willingness to travel to project sites and work a flexible schedule

Must have a valid driver’s license
