Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support immigration law cases through comprehensive research, document management, and client interaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, assisting with complex immigration matters while gaining valuable experience across multiple legal practice areas. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in legal research tools, and excellent communication abilities to ensure efficient case handling and client support. Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with immigration law cases, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, forms, and applications Conduct detailed legal research and apply search result to relevant cases Manage case files ensuring accurate and timely filing of documents Perform document review and proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards Draft legal correspondence, declarations, and letters Support project management tasks related to case deadlines and client communications Conduct correspondents with clients when necessary to gather relevant information for cases Maintain organized case files through meticulous data entry, filing, and document management practices Provide administrative support including phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence Experience with document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry Knowledge of document management systems is desirable Exceptional clerical skills including filing, record keeping, and administrative support functions Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Administrative experience combined with research expertise across most immigration practice areas such as employment-based & family-based, naturalization, consular processing, etc. This role is integral to supporting the firm’s mission of providing comprehensive legal services while ensuring meticulous case management.
