About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle while delivering an outstanding experience. You’ll work toward sales goals, build lasting client relationships, and represent a brand trusted by the San Diego community for decades.

Compensation This position is primarily commission-based, with applicable minimum wage paid for non-sales work and rest periods. Average annual earnings range from approximately $60,000 to $120,000, based on performance—plus bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities

Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Build relationships and create customers for life

Guide customers through the vehicle selection process

Become a product expert on vehicles, features, and technology

Deliver professional vehicle demonstrations

Follow up to encourage repeat and referral business

Work closely with Sales Management to meet objectives

Maintain a positive, high-energy attitude

Ensure compliance with company, DMV, state, and federal requirements

Qualifications

High-energy, positive attitude

Strong communication and customer service skills

Flexible availability, including weekends

Professional appearance

Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record

Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

Sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide paid training
