Fair Oaks Estates is a secure gated community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care for older adults with dementia. Our 63‑bedroom community is located on four beautiful acres in Carmichael, California. Spacious private and shared studio apartments provide excellent views of mature landscaping and colorful courtyards.
We create specialized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Collaboration with families, doctors and support groups ensures the right level of care and attention, promoting independence while maintaining safety and comfort.

Responsibilities
Manage caregivers, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations
Assist with department scheduling and hiring, ensuring optimal staffing levels
Maintain Title XXII compliance, keeping accurate records and documentation
Ensure resident care is performed per assessment, reviewing and updating care plans regularly
Manage resident emergencies, coordinating with medical professionals when necessary
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of care
Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery
Facilitate communication between residents, families and staff members
Organize and lead resident care conferences
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to resident care
Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the care department
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in assisted‑living care
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted‑living facilities
Qualifications
Previous experience as an RCC, Medicare Technician, or Certified Nursing Assistant
Prior supervisory or management experience
Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing assisted‑living facilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in electronic health record systems and digital documentation
Demonstrated leadership and team‑building abilities
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
