Job Summary We are currently seeking the right person to join our growing team as a

Resident Care Coordinator - Scheduler

for our Health Services Department.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the team member staffing schedule for our Assisted Living and Memory Care departments.

Call team members to fill open shifts.

Mentor new hires, ensuring completion of learning checklists, required training, and connections with trainers and mentors.

Participate in an on‑call rotation, including weekends, to support three (3) shifts with 60+ employees and keep coverage 24/7.

Provide resident care as needed.

We are looking for a person who is dynamic at creating a team environment, inspires people, has a positive attitude, jumps in when needed, is great at follow‑up and has fantastic organizational skills. Sets goals for the department and helps the team achieve them. Must be a team player.

Position Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

At least 1 year of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting is required.

At least 6 months’ experience as a care partner or med aide.

Demonstrates leadership ability and capability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to multitask.

Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
