Lead and develop a team of licensed Physical Therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care. Foster a culture of learning, mentorship, and professional growth for team members. Collaborate with regional leadership and mentors to drive excellence in patient care and clinic performance. Engage with patients to provide timely, compassionate service and uphold the clinic’s reputation for outstanding care and customer service. Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with an accredited PT program degree. Experience in leadership or management within a physical therapy setting is preferred. Benefits & Growth
