Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Syneos Health Commercial Solutions
Job Description
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing the assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts. Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of products to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals.
Responsibilities
Achieving and/or exceeding targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
Developing & building professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography.
Driving appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers & community HCPs.
Leveraging insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
2+ Years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience.
Understanding navigating healthcare offices.
Territory Sales Relationships.
Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Requirements
Experience in hypertension, cardiology or related endo therapeutic areas.
Experience calling on Long-Term Care facilities and cardiologists in the designated territory.
