Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Skills
