Badgerland Exteriors & Solar is looking for a Production Manager to support our growing roofing and solar divisions. This role is all about coordination, communication, and keeping projects running smoothly from contract signing to final walk-through.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all post-contract tasks including scheduling, ordering materials, and preparing crews.
Track current and upcoming projects to ensure timelines stay on course.
Communicate delivery times, schedules, and updates to homeowners.
Visit job sites to monitor quality, safety, and productivity.
Support crews, sales reps, and management team with day-to-day leadership needs.
Maintain high safety and workmanship standards across all projects.
March through November is busy season with standard hours of 7am-5pm.
December, January, and February have a lighter workload and more flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and support multiple crews.
Experience in construction or exterior remodeling is helpful but not required.
Comfort managing timelines, solving problems, and adjusting to changing conditions.
Monthly performance-based bonuses.
