Responsibilities include : Assisting DON to achieve state and federal regulatory compliance Ensuring staff follow established nursing policies and procedures Maintaining Quality Assurance standards Assisting the DON in identifying & resolving nursing department issues and needs Providing additional training/assistance to nursing staff when necessary Requirements : Previous nurse management experience within a long-term care environment is desired but not required. We're looking for leadership skills, and not everyone with leadership skills already has experience Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required Compensation for this position is competitive, and based upon prior work experience.
