WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Proven track record scaling a consumer subscription app or web2app funnel to meaningful revenue.
Hands‑on growth expertise (paid UA, ASO, affiliates) and experiment velocity.
Strong analytics mindset (MMP: AppsFlyer/Adjust; GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel; Excel; SQL nice‑to‑have).
Leadership, speed, and clarity; English B2+.
Nice‑to‑haves:
Experience in Utilities/Health & Fitness/Entertainment categories.
CRM/Retention (push/email/in‑app), pricing & paywall testing, A/B frameworks.
Familiarity with Firebase, Segment, BigQuery/Looker.
Outcomes (first 12 months)
Validate 3–5 concepts; launch MVP v1 within 60–90 days.
Reach profitable acquisition with payback ≤ 90 days and LTV/CAC ≥ 3 at scale.
Build 2–3 repeatable growth loops (affiliates, SEO/content, referral, CRM).
Stand up transparent analytics and weekly reporting (MMP + product analytics).
Co‑founder track: meaningful equity + profit share.
Capital & infra: in‑house UA/creatives, recruiting, finance/legal, BI, dev/design.
Fast decisions: direct access to MP; zero bureaucracy.
