The function If

Partner Manager

you are the spider in the web of our commercial ecosystem. You will play a crucial role within our organization: you will take over the entire partner management from our Commercial and Operational Director.

You are not only building relationships with direct customers and suppliers, but you specifically focus on forging strategic alliances with IT suppliers and resellers. You see opportunities where others miss them and you know how to convince IT parties that our POM Collect platform is the perfect addition to their portfolio.

Your tasks are:

Strategic relationship management:

Maintaining and deepening existing commercial collaborations with partners and suppliers.

Channel management:

Actively scouting, onboarding and managing new (IT) partners and resellers who will market our software.

Unburdening the management:

You act as the first point of contact and take care of operational and commercial issues independently.

Market development:

You closely follow industry trends and translate them into concrete opportunities for POM and our partners.

Contract Management:

You conduct negotiations and draw up contracts that lead to sustainable win-win situations.

Do you see yourself reflected in this? We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder. Someone who shows ownership and understands that “Peace of Mind” not only applies to our end customers, but also to our internal organization.

You have an HBO level of work and thinking.

You have proven experience in a commercial role (Partner Management, Business Development or Key Account Management), preferably in SaaS/FinTech.

Big advantage:

You have specific knowledge of our industry and speak the language of our customers and (IT) partners.

You are a self-starter: you don't wait, but take proactive work and see what needs to be done.

You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

You are a pleasant interlocutor who easily switches between operational level and management level.
