Traveling Director of Enterprise Safety (SIT Anywhere)
Base pay: $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Director of Enterprise Safety responsible for managing the 4-5 regional safety managers and auditing/improving safety protocols. The role requires a background with safety codes and a willingness to travel 25%. The person will be required to work onsite 5 days a week, 8 am‑5 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage 4–5 regional safety managers.
Audit and improve safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety codes.
Coordinate travel and onsite work schedules.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
Transportation industry experience.
Driver management skills.
People management experience – 10+ years of progressive and at least 5 years managing teams.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Safety certifications such as CVS, CSP, CSS, Associate Safety Professional, COSM.
Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
