Real Property Management Richmond Metro is seeking an On‑Site Property Manager to work from a community in Northeast Richmond. The role focuses on daily property operations, tenant relations, and owner advisory.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly.

Conduct market research to advise on rent pricing and property improvements.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing, maintenance, and financials.

Collect rent and enforce community policies consistently and fairly.

Lead and motivate a team of leasing agents and maintenance coordinators.

Educate property owners on performance indicators, budgeting, and rent setting.

Perform hands‑on duties such as showings, applications, and maintenance coordination when needed.

Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy, rent delinquency, budget variance, and maintenance needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

Valid driver’s license.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience in property management preferred but not required.

Excellent time‑management and independent work ability.

Technical proficiency with dual‑monitor workstations.

Availability Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5 pm (no weekends).

Pay & Benefits The starting salary for this full‑time position is $50,000 per year. Eligible employees may receive the following:
