Responsibilities
Own and manage a geographic area of buildings.
Show, walk through, and sell units to prospective residents; handle paperwork flow between prospects and corporate office.
Follow up on maintenance and repair requests to keep properties in excellent condition.
Address resident complaint phone calls and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Collect monthly rents and administer collection procedures when required.
Successfully pass annual CHA Section 8 unit screening (if applicable) to maintain revenue.
Perform routine drives/walk‑bys of properties at various times.
Treat the units and residents as if they were your own.
Navigate, update, and work effectively in Yardi and Appfolo software environments.
Execute any additional projects or duties as requested.
Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile communication.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to show units.
Access to a reliable automobile – REQUIRED.
Proven experience in property management or a related field.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a challenging environment.
Knowledge of property‑management software and relevant regulations.
