Responsibilities
Drive sales growth via completed rental agreements and prospect new business and customers.
Provide top‑notch customer experiences in store and at customers’ homes with a “white glove” service.
Handle deliveries & pickups, ensuring safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation.
Maintain an inviting store, organized product, and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
Requirements
1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid state driver's license and good driving record; will drive company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Traits
Career‑driven rather than job‑driven.
Desire to improve customers’ lives.
Hunger to learn the business.
Grit and determination.
