Customer Service
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Work independently and on a team to rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using our Point‑of‑Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Manage invoice review and approval responsibilities within the database.
Process invoices, manage reports, and handle the legal process of auctions.
Oversee the store’s expense budget while maintaining supplies and retail inventory.
Property Maintenance
Perform daily walks of the property; clean units and the property, open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
Maintain the facility through mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning out storage units.
Keep a clean and safe storage facility to meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors).

Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
You must be able to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the workday.
Frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.
