Ferguson currently seeks an individual to fill an immediate need for an Entry Level Commercial Plumbing (HVAC) Quotations Coordinator in Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; and/or Newport News, VA.
In this role you will learn how to develop commercial plumbing quotes and support sales teams throughout various markets across the country, working in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote) in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule.
Shift No Nights and Weekends!
Responsibilities
Develop quotations based on branch preferences, including manufacturers, profit margins, etc.
After training, identify relevant materials to be quoted.
Maintain good customer and vendor relationships.
Interact and negotiate with vendors.
Work within a team setting to accomplish goals.
Organize and file inbound emails and attachments appropriately in project folders.
Identify business‑critical issues quickly and collaborate with team members to resolve.
Utilize and maintain established SOPs to complete quotation processes.
Requirements
Commercial/multi‑family HVAC knowledge, quotation experience, and/or inside sales experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to collaborate & support quotations associates and managers in a team‑oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer and typing skills (40+ WPM).
Ability to handle a highly deadline‑driven environment.
Flexible and adaptable with multitasking.
Organized, detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Must display a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements for Hybrid Workers
Base in the Raleigh, Nashville, or Newport News markets; expected in‑office 3 days per week.
High‑speed internet connection required.
Future in‑office requirements are TBD and subject to change.
Location The National Quotations department has offices in Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; and Newport News, VA, servicing the entire country.
Candidates should be within reasonable driving distance to accommodate a hybrid/flexible schedule with in‑office meetings, training, and/or collaboration.

Pay Range $15.00 – $27.50 (Hourly).
Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
